a bit head scratching while reading on, you should have labelled who spoken which sentence mah.. anyway, luckily i can still understand what's going one.. :p

[SK] said...

so is this kind of conversation between you and your friend??

[SK] said...

but of course if talking to foreigner, i will avoid using all those suffices, else they will get other meaning instead..

[SK] said...

haha, guess it's very common for us to have those mah, lah, lor suffices in almost every end of our sentence.. i actually feel closer to that person talking this way..

[SK] said...

huh, your friend is right.. even many native english speakers will have problem with the spellings.. especially those words that are not following the normal conventions..

[SK] said...

because they might misunderstood we are all lawyers..

Imigration: Why are you coming to UK?

Caroline is my Malaysian vocabulary teacher hehe... i always asked what what's the meaning of this and that!

Naomi said...

Hi classmate, my layout remind me of schooling days.
Ma lah lor ler is just words added by malaysian when we speaks especially Malaysian Chinese.
It can be a kind of expression. Example: Ya = yes
Ya meh? (this mean the person is doubting)
Yalah (this mean the person very confidently say yes)

Happy blogging to you too.
